Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

The Supply Chain Specialist will provide end‑to‑end supply chain support for Mark Anthony Australia, covering demand planning, supply planning and logistics while partnering with commercial, marketing and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order‑to‑cash process through the ERP system for Australian customers.
• Monitor finished‑goods inventory at third‑party facilities, escalating issues and driving process improvements.
• Oversee freight management, documentation and new market set‑up in collaboration with commercial teams.
• Act as ERP super‑user and process owner, promoting system adoption and continuous improvement.
• Produce monthly reports, ensure accurate month‑end closing and serve as single point of contact for external partners.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of supply/demand planning experience, preferably in beer, wine, spirits or FMCG.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with an ERP system such as SAP, JDA, Oracle or QAD.
• Strong understanding of global logistics processes, cost management and fast‑paced FMCG environments.
• Residency in Australia with unrestricted work authorization.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, JDA, Oracle, QAD).
