Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to join ADCO’s commercial construction team, supporting the Site Manager in delivering new‑build projects safely and on schedule. The role involves coordinating daily site activities across large‑scale commercial builds up to $200 million.

Key responsibilities

• Review project documents, specifications and drawings to ensure practical delivery plans.
• Set up and maintain the site in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities and implement short‑term look‑ahead programs.
• Manage subcontractor performance, safety, quality and resourcing.
• Oversee site works to achieve defect‑free handover.
• Compile and verify quality documentation from subcontractors before practical completion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role on large commercial building projects (up to $200 million).
• Completed at least three to four new‑build commercial projects.
• Trade background or relevant construction qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to drive a strong HSE and QA culture on site.
