Student Enrolment Advisor (5-6 month contract)

About the role

Join QS as a Student Enrolment Advisor on a 5‑6 month contract, working hybrid in Melbourne. You will act as a brand ambassador for partner universities, guiding prospective students from their first enquiry through to enrolment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for partner universities, guiding prospective students from enquiry to enrolment.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications across phone, email, live chat, SMS, WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information on courses, application procedures and offers to domestic and international candidates.
• Collect and record student insights to support client reporting and continuous improvement.
• Manage enquiries for up to three higher‑education clients simultaneously, ensuring a professional and high‑quality experience.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and confident when interacting with people.
• Interest in higher education, customer success or sales.
