About the role

Join Qantas Group’s Strategy team to shape the future of Australia’s leading airline. You will work directly with senior leaders, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations that influence the Group’s long‑term direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver insightful analysis for the Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Lead modules on high‑impact strategy projects, from international expansion to profit optimisation.
• Own complex, detailed analytical work and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Create strategic content and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Leverage traditional strategy tools and AI platforms to enhance efficiency and insight quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of full‑time experience at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Kearney), investment bank, or in‑house corporate strategy function.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities with a proven strategy toolkit.
