Storeperson - Warehouse Team

About the role

GroundProbe, part of Orica Digital Solutions, is looking for a Storeperson to join its warehouse team in Windsor, Brisbane. This is a physically active role involving moving, lifting, organizing, packing and preparing stock and equipment for production and customer orders. It suits someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays active throughout the day and works well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock, materials and equipment around the warehouse
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Organizing and storing inventory in the correct locations
• Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organized
• Supporting the warehouse, production and supply teams with daily tasks

Required profile

• Ability to perform manual handling and physical work throughout the day
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, moving and organizing materials and equipment
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to follow instructions
• Valid forklift licence (required)
• Previous warehouse, storeperson, labouring, logistics or forklift experience is highly regarded but not essential
