Storeperson / Internal Sales Support

About the role

Rexel Electrical Supplies, part of Rexel Australia, is looking for a reliable and motivated Storeperson / Internal Sales Support team member for its Maroochydore branch. This is a predominantly stores and warehouse-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys being active, organised and part of a close-knit team. You will keep the warehouse running smoothly and support the Internal Sales team and customers with their day-to-day needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, organised and efficient storeroom and warehouse
• Receive, check and put away incoming stock
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
• Assist with inventory control, stocktakes and general stock management
• Complete customer deliveries safely and in line with road rules
• Assist the Internal Sales team with customer enquiries, order processing and sales support as required
• Work a rostered four-hour Saturday morning shift every third week, with overtime eligibility

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehousing, stores, logistics, retail, customer service or a trade environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to manage physical warehouse duties safely
• Current driver's licence and safe driving record
• Flexibility to work the Saturday morning rostered shift
• Commitment to safety, teamwork and a great customer experience
• Experience in electrical wholesale, trade supply or a similar industry is beneficial but not essential

Required skills

• Comfortable working independently and confident using basic computer systems, with willingness to learn
• Forklift licence not required
