Store Planning Executive – Retail Project Management

About the role

The Store Planning Executive will support the Store Planning Manager in delivering boutique projects across Australia, contributing to Chanel’s ambitious renovation and expansion programme. This full‑time, onsite role focuses on small retrofits as well as major boutique renovations and new builds.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Planning Manager in end‑to‑end delivery of small retrofits and boutique projects, covering design development, budgeting, scheduling (FF&E) and programme delivery.
• Review and modify project drawings and layout plans.
• Attend site meetings, communicate updates and help resolve project constraints.
• Implement Chanel’s sustainability goals throughout project execution.
• Act as a liaison between local and regional teams (Retail, Visual Merchandising, IT, Sustainability, Health & Safety, Finance, After‑Boutique Care, Architecture).
• Coordinate workflows to ensure efficient project delivery and maintain high standards for fixtures and equipment.
• Oversee maintenance activities, track requests, manage stakeholder coordination and monitor project budgets.
