Store Manager – Melbourne Retail

About the role

As a Store Manager you will lead a Melbourne H&M store to achieve sales and profit targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will build and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring the store operates in line with H&M standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sales and profit KPIs regularly and implement actions to maximise results.
• Drive the Hello Member program in line with national goals.
• Maintain store execution standards using the Customer Audit Tool.
• Recruit, train, develop and plan succession for the store team.
• Conduct performance reviews, set development plans and provide feedback.
• Implement Store Operations Best Practices according to the area plan.
