Store Manager – Frankston

About the role

Bailey Nelson is seeking a driven, people‑first Store Manager to lead its Frankston store. You will lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help the brand grow fast.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance and consistently exceed targets.
• Create a high‑energy, positive store culture.
• Partner with the Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.
• Run a smooth, efficient operation without compromising service.

Required profile

• Proven store management experience in optics or retail at a senior level (or equivalent).
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; supervisory experience in retail, hospitality or similar is also welcome.
