About the role
An experienced retail store manager is sought to lead the team at Ferrari Formalwear, located at Myer Robina. This is a full-time position within a long-standing formalwear company, and applicants must be flexible to work weekends and late-night trade if required.
Required profile
- Previous management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales, wages and stock loss targets
- Previous menswear experience preferred (training provided)
- Confident leader who can connect with the team
Required skills
- Strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and pride in personal style and presentation
- Ability to develop, coach and mentor the team to achieve KPIs
