Store Manager - Every Sunday Off, Northcote
The Reject Shop · Northcote
Job description
About the role
The Reject Shop is hiring a Store Manager for its Northcote store. The store runs hands-on and on the floor with a team of 10 to 15 people, covering work, stock, service and standards. The business is expanding into Dollarama Australia and is investing in its Australian stores, technology, branding and people.
Key responsibilities
- Run the store hands-on and on the floor with a team of 10 to 15.
- Manage work, stock, service and standards with the team, not from an office.
Required profile
- Experience managing a retail store, service outlet, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar.
- A hands-on, leading-by-doing style; no discount variety experience needed.
What we offer
- Roster: no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, three days off in a row every second weekend.
- Pay from $31.11 base hourly depending on experience, plus penalty and overtime rates each week, a bonus and 17.5% leave loading.
- A career path as the business grows.
Applicants apply directly through the company; the talent team calls suitable candidates within two business days, with no agencies involved.
