Store Manager – Claremont

At Bailey Nelson we’re on a mission to change how people see the world and how the world sees them. We’re looking for a driven, people‑first Store Manager to take the reins at our Claremont store, leading a passionate team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive sales performance and smash targets.
• Create a high‑energy, positive store culture.
• Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success.
• Run a smooth, efficient operation without ever compromising on service.

Required profile

• Proven Store Management experience in optics or retail at a senior level (or equivalent).
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; retail or hospitality management experience is also welcome.
