About the role

Pop Mart, a global pop‑culture and designer‑toy brand, is expanding across Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Chermside store, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing retail team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute product launches and promotions.
• Manage inventory accuracy, deliveries and stock control.
• Achieve sales, wage and KPI targets through analysis and action planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for collectors and fans.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial focus with a track record of meeting sales and profitability goals.
• Excellent people leadership and coaching abilities.
• Organised, resilient and adaptable to a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Flexible availability across all days, including weekends, late‑night trading and public holidays.
