Store Coordinator / Inventory Controller

About the role

Redox, an ASX-listed raw material and ingredients distributor, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller (internally called a Store Coordinator) for its Bibra Lake office. The role sits in the logistics team in a fast-paced environment and suits someone wanting a stable, long-term career in logistics, inventory and wholesale distribution. It is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday 7am-3pm.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incoming purchase orders and container unpacking for the branch
• Monitor pending stock transfers and consignment stocks
• Check store reports, enter stock and reprint them
• Organise and write consignment notes
• Carry out stocktakes, analyse and investigate stock discrepancies
• Organise products and stock within the warehouse
• Raise stock conversions and transfers, and transfers for returning empty IBCs from customers
• Investigate and resolve quality problems in ERP systems
• Print and despatch Emergency Information Panels (EIPs)

Required profile

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Sound understanding of warehousing, shipping and distribution processes
• Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks and take initiative
• Able to liaise with customers, transport and shipping companies and other teams
• Physically fit and able to lift stock when required
• Eligible to work in Australia; successful candidates must pass a National Police History check

Required skills

• Computer literacy in the Microsoft suite and online systems
• Fundamental math skills
• Current Australian forklift licence (LF) is advantageous but not essential
