Staff Software Engineer - .NET Full Stack

About the role

As a Staff Software Engineer you will combine strategic thinking, technical leadership and hands‑on expertise to deliver the next generation of home loan experiences. You will work end‑to‑end across the full stack – .NET, ASP.NET Core, React and Next.js – designing scalable, secure and high‑performance solutions that customers rely on throughout their home‑ownership journey.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the technology behind the digital home‑lending journey, influencing architecture and technical direction.
• Design and build full‑stack solutions using .NET, ASP.NET Core, React and Next.js that are secure, resilient and performant.
• Partner with engineers, architects and product teams to solve complex enterprise‑scale challenges.
• Mentor and uplift engineering capability while guiding responsible AI adoption.
• Drive platform roadmaps, software delivery, reliability, observability and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and owning full‑stack solutions with .NET/ASP.NET Core back‑ends and React/Next.js front‑ends.
• Strong background in the complete software lifecycle – architecture, CI/CD, observability and production support in an Agile/DevSecOps environment.
• Experience designing scalable, secure APIs and micro‑services using domain‑driven design.
• Ability to leverage AI tools in engineering workflows while managing associated risks.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentorship abilities.
