About the role
Airwalix is seeking a Staff Corporate Security Engineer to protect its enterprise systems and employees from threats such as malware, phishing, and unauthorized access. This highly technical position focuses on digital forensics, incident response, and the development and deployment of security tools across a modern corporate environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to incident response for malware, phishing, and digital forensics.
- Design, develop, test, and evaluate new corporate security controls.
- Perform threat hunting through log sources and create security alerts and workflows.
- Secure corporate IT infrastructure, including identity providers, endpoints, and networks.
- Deploy, configure, and operate security tooling with a focus on impact.
Required profile
- 7+ years in security engineering or incident response within a tech company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Required skills
- CrowdStrike, Splunk or similar security monitoring tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or Alibaba Cloud.
- Familiarity with identity solutions like Okta and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of cloud‑based VPN services.
- Endpoint security management using MDM tools (Kandji, Intune).
- Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell.
