About the role

As an S&S Banking Consultant you will deliver high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. The role focuses on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and guiding customers to use digital banking channels while maintaining risk and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and resolve everyday banking enquiries via phone, online and in‑branch channels.
• Assist customers with account openings and guide them through digital onboarding processes.
• Educate and support customers in using digital platforms, mobile wallets and online payment services.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and underwriting guidelines.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture that meets customer, risk and performance objectives.

Required profile

• Experience delivering high‑quality customer service in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfort with digital customer service platforms and ability to troubleshoot common digital banking applications.
• Understanding of digital verification, ID validation and digital payment technologies.
