S&S Banking Consultant – Part‑time (32‑hour week)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated S&S Banking Consultant to join our team in Queensland. In this part‑time permanent role you will deliver high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls, supporting everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer‑focused service, aiming for first‑call resolution and high satisfaction scores.
• Handle everyday banking enquiries, account opening processes and related transactions via phone, online channels and in‑person.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms, encouraging self‑service and smooth digital onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA requirements and underwriting guidelines.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture that meets customer, risk and performance objectives.
