S&S Banking Consultant (Part‑time, 20 hrs/week)

About the role

As an S&S Banking Consultant you will provide outstanding sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, account openings and guide customers toward digital banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and processes via phone or online channels.
• Support and educate customers on using digital platforms for personal banking, encouraging self‑service.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new customers.
• Listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customer, risk and performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation and FSRA requirements.
