S&S Banking Consultant – Bundaberg (Part‑time)

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides high‑quality sales and service to customers through face‑to‑face interactions and inbound/outbound calls. You will handle everyday banking enquiries, account openings and guide customers toward digital banking solutions while balancing team, risk and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first‑call resolution.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking enquiries, account openings and processes via phone or online channels.
• Educate and support customers on using digital platforms for self‑service banking.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
• Listen actively, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed expectations and improve NPS.
• Contribute to a balanced team culture focused on people, customers, risk and performance.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, privacy legislation, FSRA and underwriting guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer experiences in a banking or financial services environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to assist customers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, build trust and ask insightful questions.
• Commitment to compliance and risk management standards.
