About the role

Ignite Healthcare is a clinician-led, community-based allied health provider working across Melbourne, offering services in homes, schools, communities and hubs. Its Ignition New Grad Program invites new graduates to join as Speech Pathologists, working alongside participants and their supports to achieve functional goals that have a real positive impact on each person.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside participants and their supports to achieve functional goals with a real positive impact on the individual.
• Work in an interdisciplinary team, providing person-centred support through coaching, problem-solving and advocacy for the participant's needs.
• Prioritise learning and development each week to support participant outcomes and grow your career.
• Attend weekly team meetings to collaborate, connect and celebrate wins.
• Maintain a flexible calendar to suit participants and your life.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in speech pathology.
• Own car and a valid driver's licence.
• Passion for supporting participants and making a difference in their lives.
