Speech Pathologist (NDIS) - New Graduate Program

A national allied health organisation is recruiting a Speech Pathologist to work with NDIS clients across a mixed-age caseload (ages 0-65). The role includes a 12-month New Graduate Program with ongoing clinical support from senior clinicians, and the advertised salary is $78,000-$85,000 including superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of NDIS clients
• Create tailored therapy plans based on evidence-based practice
• Facilitate therapy sessions
• Write progress notes and use them to prepare NDIS reports

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Membership of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Driver's licence and own vehicle

What we offer

• Salary of $78,000-$85,000 including super, depending on experience
• Onboarding over the first two weeks with work shadowing, weekly supervision and fortnightly online mentoring
• Caseload builds from 2 to 4 clients per day over three months
• Flexible hours between 7am and 7pm

• Bonus of up to $3,000 per quarter for meeting billable targets, plus a loyalty bonus after 12 months
