About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider serving NDIS participants, children, teens and adults, is recruiting a Speech Pathologist through its 2027 graduate program in Perth. The role suits someone graduating in 2026 who wants a supportive, mentored start with opportunities across Perth.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist, SPA registered or eligible for registration on graduation
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Eager to learn, and looking for a workplace with flexibility, growth and support
