Speech Pathologist – Flexible Full‑time Role

About the role
Join Ability Action Australia’s Gold Coast team to provide speech pathology services to NDIS participants across home, school, clinic, telehealth and community settings. The role offers a flexible full‑time arrangement with most work performed from home.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload and deliver timely, impactful therapy services.
- Support participants in diverse settings using clinical observations and standardised assessments.
- Deliver evidence‑based interventions that improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, physiotherapists, psychologists and behaviour support practitioners.
- Mentor junior clinicians (for experienced therapists) and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.
Required profile
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Post‑graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Proactive, growth‑oriented mindset and a passion for the disability sector.
