Specialist, Product Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist in Product Management to develop strategies, manage product lines and support market growth across its payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategies and roadmaps to maximise market penetration.
• Manage and maintain existing product lines, including partner relationships.
• Conduct opportunity assessments for new ideas and concepts.
• Provide design specifications for product enhancements to development teams.
• Define business and technical requirements and coordinate with regional, global, and technical teams.
• Manage project elements throughout the project life‑cycle.
• Compile market research to inform product improvements.
• Research and evaluate potential business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience in product management, product development and project management is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational, planning and analytical skills.
• Business acumen with a focus on delivering customer‑focused solutions.
• Self‑motivated, strategic thinker able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
