Specialist – Learning Design & Development

About the role

The Specialist – Learning Design & Development partners with the Culture & Capability team and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and create practical, inclusive learning solutions that support CBH’s business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyse capability gaps and define learning priorities.
• Design and develop online learning programs and resources, ensuring clear, inclusive learner experiences.
• Provide learning design advice for projects, maintaining consistent governance and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops, online courses and support others in delivering engaging training.
• Use learning data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve learner impact.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or equivalent experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with solid knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Proven experience in learning needs analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into practical resources.
