Specialised Carer - Home Care

About the role

You will provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. The role includes day‑to‑day care, building meaningful relationships and offering companionship, with travel to clients’ homes using your own car.

Required profile

• Female applicants only (genuine occupational qualification).
• Patient, solutions‑focused and people‑oriented.
• Previous experience in aged or community care, or a desire to start a career in aged care.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum third‑party property insurance).
• Ideally hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (training available if not qualified).

• Hourly rate $32.91 to $36.50 plus $0.99/km and paid travel time.
