Spa Receptionist – Osborne Park

About the role

Join Merse Wellness Spa as the first point of contact for members in our premium Osborne Park location. You will create welcoming, memorable experiences that support guests’ health, relaxation and recovery in a state‑of‑the‑art wellness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer enquiries and manage bookings, providing personalised tours of the spa facilities.
• Handle reception duties including phone calls, membership administration, payments and customer records using internal systems.
• Promote and sell memberships, treatments and wellness products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area, treatment rooms, saunas and other wellness zones.
• Support stock control, linen management, opening and closing procedures, and day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Assist the Spa Manager in upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, customer service or hospitality within a spa, health club or premium service setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
• Confidence in achieving membership, retail or service sales targets.
• Organised, proactive and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full Australian working rights and flexibility to work a rotating 7‑day roster.
