Spa Manager – Luxury Wellness

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead the luxury spa at The Ritz‑Carlton, Perth. The role oversees a waterfront wellness sanctuary with treatment rooms, a couple’s suite, heated vitality pools and saunas, delivering holistic experiences to hotel guests and local visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the spa and gym team to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Select and manage vendors for spa retail, including contract negotiations.
• Develop and execute spa promotions, gifting programmes, co‑op marketing and holiday events.
• Implement data‑driven initiatives to boost wellness activities and overall spa performance.
• Oversee staffing – recruitment, rostering, scheduling and salary budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, regulations and laws.
• Provide exemplary guest hospitality, fostering a positive atmosphere and strong guest relations.

Required profile

• Proven managerial experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent understanding of spa retail operations and promotional strategies.
• Ability to analyse data and drive performance improvements.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements within hospitality.
