Software Engineer / Senior Engineer – Build VC Firm Tech Stack

About the role

We are looking for our first engineering hire to build the technology platform that powers EVPEVP’s venture capital operations. You will work directly with the leadership team on a multi‑year, full‑stack product that supports founders, investors and internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack applications and internal tools from the ground up.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrate third‑party services.
• Define architecture, technical roadmap and ensure system reliability.
• Implement security, data integrity and performance best practices.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and portfolio companies to deliver solutions.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack engineer with experience shipping production software end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable owning work from problem definition through deployment and iteration.
• Pragmatic about trade‑offs between speed, quality and scope in an early‑stage environment.
• Self‑directed, low‑ego and energized by building new systems.
• High standards on security, data integrity and reliability.
