Software Engineer – Python & AI/ML Focus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer with at least two years of professional experience. The role involves developing Python‑based applications, contributing to AI/ML initiatives, and working with relational databases in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML models, process data, and automate workflows.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Design, optimise, and manage relational database solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best‑practice development processes.
• Document technical designs, processes, and implementation details.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, frameworks, or projects.
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team.
