Software Engineer

About the role

Doshii is looking for a Software Engineer to join its engineering team building and maintaining the integrations and platform services that power the hospitality hub. You will work with JavaScript/TypeScript across event‑driven Node.js services on AWS and merchant‑facing web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integration services that coordinate menu updates, orders and operational events across POS systems and partner apps.
• Build and enhance merchant‑facing web applications using Express, Next.js and Vite.
• Contribute to internal platform features such as APIs, menu management and authentication (Auth0).
• Participate in on‑call rotation and own components after the initial ramp‑up period.
• Collaborate with product and design from discovery through delivery, influencing scope and technical decisions.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software development experience.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering production‑ready code.
• Strong interest in deepening technical expertise within a collaborative, product‑focused environment.
