Software Developer – Full Stack (Laravel/Vue) – Melbourne

About the role

We are seeking a full‑stack Software Developer to join a national industrial construction business in Melbourne. You will own a critical platform built on Laravel and Vue, with the freedom to introduce new technologies over time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Laravel/Vue platform, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Design, implement and support integrations, automation and AI‑assisted workflows, including invoice processing.
• Collaborate closely with finance and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Participate in a structured handover and shadowing period, then continue to receive operational support.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level developer comfortable working independently while receiving business backing.
• Quick learner who can adopt new frameworks and tools without deep prior experience.
• Strong communicator able to turn business requirements into working software.
