Social Media Manager - Brand Reputation

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to protect and elevate our brand reputation across global markets. You will monitor social channels, respond to emerging issues, and turn challenges into opportunities that reinforce trust in the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social media platforms and Sprinklr for influencer, viral posts and customer care issues.
• Respond to negative posts, manage brand crises, and produce in‑feed content based on social listening insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to craft timely responses.
• Lead senior stakeholder conversations across global leadership teams.
• Work closely with teams in the US, UK & Ireland, India, and Australia.
• Onboard and train new team members on processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of community management experience and 4+ years managing social media for large brands.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Media, Public Relations or related field.
• Demonstrated empathy and excellent communication skills for customer care.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sprinklr for social listening.
• Proficiency with Brandwatch for social listening.
• Experience handling influencer relationships and crisis situations.
• Familiarity with major platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube.
