Small Business Specialist – Queensland

About the role

The Small Business Specialist will be based in an ANZ branch in Queensland and work directly with small‑business owners, helping them start, run and grow their enterprises. The role combines industry insight, tailored banking solutions and trusted advice to deliver value‑focused outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with small‑business customers through phone‑based lending enquiries and face‑to‑face conversations to understand their needs.
• Partner with Branch Managers, Bankers and Business & Private Bank teams to identify opportunities and deepen relationships.
• Provide appropriate banking products, services and expertise, ensuring compliance and responsible risk management.
• Drive business development through proactive outreach and referral partnerships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Business & Private Bank to support customer success.
