Small Business Cashflow Specialist

About the role

The Small Business Cashflow Specialist joins ANZ’s Business & Private Bank in Docklands, Melbourne. You will support small‑business customers by handling inbound calls, understanding their cash‑flow needs and guiding them through credit‑card and cash‑flow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and conduct needs‑based conversations using the A‑Review platform.
• Submit commercial credit‑card applications from initiation to fulfillment.
• Provide tailored, solution‑focused advice to meet customers’ immediate cash‑flow requirements.
• Take ownership of customer issues and communicate with stakeholders to achieve timely resolutions.
• Identify additional customer needs and refer them to appropriate channels such as Home Lending or Business Lending.
• Collaborate with team members, maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a supportive environment.

Required profile

• Passion for customer service and interest in starting a career in commercial banking.
• Willingness to complete internal Commercial Banking Induction and Foundation Credit courses.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with small‑business owners.
• Motivation to develop a career path within small‑business credit, lending and relationship management.
