Sitecore Customer Engineer

About the role

Sitecore is seeking a techno‑functional consultant to own post‑sale adoption for customers on the Sitecore360 success package. You will partner with Account Executives and guide customers from onboarding through adoption, value realization and renewal readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Own the post‑sales relationship for Sitecore360 customers, driving onboarding, adoption and strategic advisory on Sitecore products.
• Run structured discovery on customer implementations, identify adoption blockers and propose changes.
• Deliver mid‑level technical and advisory work, scope deeper delivery for technical consultants, and embed outcomes in a 90‑day success plan.
• Coordinate delivery activities across internal resources and external partners, ensuring milestones align with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Comfortable navigating modern CMS/DXP/martech architectures, including headless and API‑driven content delivery.
• Strong business analysis skills: root‑cause diagnosis, current‑state vs desired‑state mapping, and translating observations into actionable plans.
• Experience coordinating multiple delivery workstreams and engaging senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for customer workshops and QBRs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Sitecore products such as SitecoreAI, XM Cloud, XM/XP, Content Hub, Personalize and Search.
• Understanding of content strategy, editorial workflows, governance and publishing velocity.
