Site Supervisor

About the role

The Icon Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work closely with the Site Manager and project team. You will take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site activities across allocated areas.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site.
• Drive programme outcomes and ensure works are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
• Monitor progress, proactively manage site issues and risks.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with the wider project team to achieve key milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects.
• Experience on large‑scale builds, ideally $70 million +.
• Health project experience is preferable.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and delivery.
• Confident managing subcontractors and driving site performance.
• Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; proactive, organised and solutions‑focused.
