Site Supervisor – Commercial Joinery Projects

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Supervisor will coordinate and oversee on‑site installation activities for commercial joinery and fit‑out projects. You will act as the primary on‑site representative for Mayneline, working closely with project managers, drafters, factory teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site installation activities across allocated projects, managing employees, labour hire, installers and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against the program, provide accurate updates, and ensure compliance with site safety requirements, SWMS and WHS obligations.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, access and installation sequencing, and conduct quality inspections with defect rectification.
• Attend site meetings, liaise with builders, clients and consultants, and identify and escalate programme, quality, safety and commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate site reporting, records, inspections and documentation, and provide feedback to improve drafting, manufacturing and installation outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience supervising commercial joinery, fit‑out or construction projects.
• Trade background in cabinetmaking, joinery, carpentry or shop‑fitting.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction environments and ability to read drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and installation teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Current Driver's Licence, Construction White Card and commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
