About the role

The client is a privately owned construction company delivering high‑quality residential and commercial projects across Australia. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily site operations on luxury residential and high‑rise developments in Surfers Paradise.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to keep the programme on schedule.
• Monitor project programmes, key deadlines, costs and overall performance.
• Interpret construction plans, specifications and documentation, resolving site issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of site supervision or site management experience.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential or high‑rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and site safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
