About the role
Our client is a proven and highly successful builder operating in Adelaide, delivering a wide range of apartment, industrial and commercial projects valued between $2 million and $20 million. The role involves overseeing site activities from inception to completion while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years experience as a Site Manager
- Direct experience with a commercial construction head contractor
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects from inception to finish
- Background in carpentry, joinery, or shopfitting (highly desired)
- Strong communicator with clients and subcontractors
- Team‑player attitude
