Site Manager – Commercial Construction Projects

About the role

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from civil works through to final handover. You will manage daily site activities, coordinate trades and material flows, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site construction activities across projects ranging from $5M to $80M.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor budget performance and implement cost‑control measures.
• Lead on‑site teams of 20+ personnel, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Report progress to senior management and client representatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a site supervisor or manager in commercial construction.
• Proven experience delivering projects of $5M+ for a main contractor.
• Full working rights in Australia.
