Site Foreman – Large Projects

About the role

Parkview Constructions, a multi-award-winning builder founded in 1997 with over 180 people, is looking for experienced Foremen to join its Sydney team. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site on large-scale projects, coordinating trades and managing resources so work is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings to set priorities and ensure safe work practices.
• Supervise all site activities so work is carried out to specification and program.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors to achieve consistent quality and productivity.
• Review and interpret drawings, plans and schedules.
• Track progress against program targets and report updates to the Site Manager.
• Identify potential issues early and find practical solutions on the ground.
• Maintain site records, checklists and defect lists.
• Manage materials and deliveries to keep work flowing efficiently.
• Uphold site presentation, compliance and safety, and support junior team members while communicating with project engineers, supervisors and trades.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Building & Construction (minimum).
• Solid experience as a Foreman on large residential or commercial projects (ideally $50M+).
• Strong understanding of how jobs are built, from structure through to finishes.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate trades and drive outcomes.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality control.
• Senior First Aid and/or OHS qualifications are advantageous.
