Site Financial Controller – Manufacturing

About the role

Alstom is looking for a Site Financial Controller to join its Bellevue manufacturing site. You will act as a trusted financial partner to the Site Managing Director and leadership team, providing accurate and insightful financial information that supports strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to deliver transparent financial reporting and analysis.
• Monitor, forecast and analyse QCD financial indicators, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Set financial targets, enforce cost‑control measures and validate site budgets and the 3‑Year Plan.
• Lead site‑level budgeting, rolling forecasts and actuals, ensuring >95% forecasting accuracy.
• Coordinate financial data consolidation across functions and interface with regional finance centres.
• Support restructuring, capacity extensions and operational change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Alstom’s internal control framework and accounting standards.

Required profile

• Tertiary degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience in site controlling, project controlling or external audit.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High integrity, transparency and professional courage.
• Comfort operating in an international, matrixed environment.
