Site Administrator FIFO (Renewable Energy)

About the role

A major renewable energy construction project is seeking an experienced Site Administrator for a 12-month contract. The role suits candidates based in Adelaide or Murray Bridge, as it starts with FIFO work across regional Australia before moving to a South Australian project on a drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) basis. The successful candidate must be flexible, able to travel between project locations and adapt to changing rosters.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate worker rotations, rosters and site movements
• Book and manage accommodation for project personnel
• Assist with camp coordination and administration
• Coordinate personnel logistics and travel arrangements
• Maintain accurate site records, registers and project documentation
• Provide general site and project administration support and liaise with stakeholders on changing site and personnel needs

Required profile

• Previous FIFO experience (essential)
• Experience in site administration, project administration or a similar coordination role
• Lives locally in Adelaide or Murray Bridge and can commute to the South Australian project when required
• Flexible to varying rosters, site assignments and extended site hours (site weeks may reach 60-70 hours)
• Comfortable working in camp accommodation
• Strong organisational, communication and administration skills; proactive and able to work independently
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, resources, engineering or renewable energy is highly regarded
