Shut Down Planner

About the role

The Shutdown Planner is responsible for managing the planning, coordination and execution of facility shutdown and configuration change activities supporting planned maintenance and construction projects at JDFPG. This role ensures controlled transitions between standard and non‑standard critical infrastructure configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development, review and update of configuration and procedural documentation.
• Plan, coordinate and administer tasks for critical infrastructure configuration changes.
• Prepare impact assessments, interpret stakeholder comments and communicate technical impacts.
• Provide technical advice on proposed infrastructure changes from concept through detailed design.
• Support stakeholder engagement, requirement definition and change‑management practices.

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Electrical/HVAC trades or equivalent.
• Driver’s licence (mandatory) and Australian White Card (desirable).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Current knowledge of power generation, distribution and data‑center power systems.
