Showroom Sales Consultant - Bathroom Supplies

About the role

Reece, Australia's leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing supplies, is hiring a Showroom Sales Consultant for its Moorebank showroom. You will give expert advice on a wide range of Australian and international brands and work with builders, renovators, architects, designers and retail customers to win new business and encourage repeat trade.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers and help them choose the right bathroom products
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Create and manage customer quotes and orders by email and phone
• Use the 3D Planner to show customers what their project could look like
• Visit customer offices and building sites to understand project needs and win work
• Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer service and enjoyment of building relationships
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn, even without prior bathroom experience
• Warm, consultative approach and quick rapport-building
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
• Interest in developing a career locally, within the network or at head office
