Showroom Concierge - Rosebery

About the role

Bathroom Life, part of Reece, is Australia's leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing supplies, with over 10,000 people in more than 900 branches globally. As part of the Bathroom Life team in Rosebery, you will act as front of house, welcoming builders, interior designers and homeowners to the showroom and assisting consultants in guiding customers through their renovation process.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in person and by phone
• Make sure customers are looked after and served refreshments
• Handle customer queries and orders by email and phone
• Help the team prepare quotes, process payments and arrange deliveries
• Keep the showroom and reception tidy and safe

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail, customer service or hospitality, enjoying helping customers and supporting a team
• Organised and able to notice when a customer or colleague needs help
• Open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Interested in developing a career locally, within the network or at head office

Required skills

• Tech-savvy, able to use PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn new systems
