ServiceNow Technical Consultant

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a motivated, technically minded ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join its growing ServiceNow delivery team. The role suits a consultant with hands-on ServiceNow experience who wants to develop their technical and consulting skills on enterprise-scale transformation projects. You will work closely with senior consultants, developers, architects and clients on the design, configuration, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM and ITOM, as well as integrations and platform development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Help prepare solution design documentation, including high-level and low-level designs.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow applications following platform best practices.
• Take part in requirements workshops, design discussions and solution playback sessions.
• Support integration development and testing using APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with senior consultants, developers and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Assist with system testing, defect resolution and deployment.
• Maintain project documentation, user guides and technical artefacts.
• Contribute to process improvement and give clients ongoing support and enhancement recommendations.

Required profile

• About 2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Exposure to one or more modules such as ITSM, HRSD, SPM or ITOM.
• Desired: exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or HR technology integrations, Agile project experience, consulting or customer-facing experience, and enterprise-scale implementation support.

Required skills

• Understanding of ServiceNow configuration and administration.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub or MID Server.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with good documentation and organisational abilities.
