ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the role

Accenture is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead platform design and delivery across ITSM, Virtual Agent, AI capabilities and ITOM. The role involves overseeing solution design, ensuring go‑live readiness and transitioning solutions to operational support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight for Flow Designer workflows and IntegrationHub spokes at enterprise scale.
• Govern platform configuration across modules, ensuring alignment to architecture, quality and compliance standards.
• Own go‑live readiness activities, including delivery checkpoints, risk management and transition to operational teams.
• Establish and run stakeholder review sessions and facilitate executive workshops.
• Manage a multi‑vendor platform programme, ensuring alignment across delivery partners and internal teams.
• Produce and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to support governance and design traceability.

Required profile

• Active ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications covering ITSM, Virtual Agent and ITOM.
• Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in multi‑vendor, distributed delivery environments.
• Strong delivery management capability, including governance, risk tracking, milestone management and stakeholder reporting.
• Proven ability to engage senior and executive stakeholders and to operate in fast‑paced, complex delivery settings.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise (ITSM, Virtual Agent, ITOM).
• Flow Designer workflow design.
• IntegrationHub spoke development.
• Azure cloud infrastructure and integration design patterns.
• Azure Monitor or similar observability platforms (e.g., DataDog).
• Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
